I'm a software developer based in Islamabad, Pakistan, with about five years shipping production software for businesses in the US, the Gulf, and Pakistan. Right now that means an AI sales chatbot and CRM for a Saudi software company, a four-role ERP for an academic mentoring platform, and the technical architecture behind an AI-operated website production system for agency partners in the US and Europe — built with Claude Code, Cursor, and MCP, with a human approval step on anything customer-facing.

Along the way I kept running into the same pattern: businesses buying tools that almost fit, then living with the gap. That's the gap I build for - a WhatsApp agent that actually knows your pricing, a CRM that matches how your team actually follows up, software that fits the business instead of a business bending to fit the software.

I'm finishing a BS in Software Engineering at NUML, Islamabad, while running client work in parallel - which mostly means I've learned to scope tightly and ship on real deadlines, not extend them.
